    Another way to offer "No Upfront Out Of Pocket" enrollment homeowner is to charge one of the many years of PMI Premiums paid directly to you and you send the application fee to BWMA.
  4. BARTER
    A third way to offer "No Up front Out Of Pocket" enrollment is to offer barter or trade. If you your client has other products or services you want, maybe they are a mechanic or own health food store for instance, you can trade the BWMA program for their product and service as retail prices and send in the application fee to BWMA.
